Welcoming Jailesha Brown to the Viles & Beckman Family

We are thrilled to introduce Jailesha Brown, who will be joining our firm as the Executive Assistant to COO Kayla Grayson and CEO/Owner Michael Beckman. Fondly referred to as “Jai,” her extensive experience in legal project management brings a highly sought-after skill set that will enable our executive team to focus on what matters most – delivering an exceptional client experience and upholding the legal expertise that defines Viles & Beckman.

Jai’s robust background in organizational management, leadership, and project coordination makes her an invaluable addition to our team. With a demonstrated history of efficiently supporting legal teams in achieving their objectives, she is adept at liaising with internal stakeholders and resolving procedural issues effectively. Her proficiency in legal software, productivity tools, and her ability to collaborate across different practice areas will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our firm’s initiatives.
