Through these positions she has honed her skills in managing HR functions with efficiency and precision.
Beyond her HR experience, Monica brings a robust background in finance and investment banking. As a relationship banker, she excelled in managing client portfolios, providing personalized financial advice, and developing strong client relationships. This experience has honed her relational and interpersonal skills, enabling her to effectively communicate and connect with diverse individuals. Her strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail will be invaluable in her new role, allowing her to tackle the nuances of her HR Manager position with confidence and precision.
