From Special Agent to Fierce Advocate
Before entering the field of law, Casey served as a Special Agent in the U.S. Army’s Criminal Investigation Division (CID). During his tenure, he led high-stakes investigations, including one that earned him the Army Achievement Medal for uncovering the stalking and extortion of a high ranking official. These investigative skills now translate seamlessly to Casey’s work as a personal injury attorney, where he meticulously uncovers the facts needed to build powerful cases for our clients.

Casey’s impressive academic journey—earning a B.A. in Criminal Justice, an M.A. in Intelligence Studies, a J.D. from Syracuse University, and now pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida—showcases his commitment to learning and excellence. This breadth of knowledge allows him to navigate complex legal issues with skill and confidence, providing clients with the top-tier representation they deserve.

Meet Casey
Originally from upstate New York, Casey now calls Fort Myers home, where he lives with his wife Abigail, a local pediatrician, their son Joel, and their three beloved family dogs. Outside of the firm, you’ll find Casey enjoying paddleboarding, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or immersing himself in local community outreach.
