As our team continues to expand, Lourdes has stepped up to manage a significant caseload. Her ability to handle this increased responsibility while maintaining exceptional service standards is commendable. Lourdes’s mentorship to other legal assistants has been invaluable. Lourdes is also a vital part of our Hispanic marketing and community outreach initiatives. Just last week, Lourdes drove over an hour to participate in volunteering at a local food pantry and could be found interacting with people, making everyone smile and laugh. Her ability to connect with our Spanish-speaking clients and her commitment to making them feel like family truly embody our core values of family first and client-focused service.
In the office, Lourdes is known as the life of the party, bringing joy and energy to her colleagues. Her weekends are filled with love and laughter as she spends time with her husband, kids, and granddaughter. Lourdes is also known for hosting incredible parties, further showcasing her vibrant and caring personality.
