Armed with a bachelor’s degree in law and a background in customer service, education, and legal assistance, Luiza brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to her work. She has improved our processes, trained new Legal Assistants, and taken the lead on projects that require both innovation and precision. Luiza’s leadership skills shine daily as she mentors her colleagues, ensuring the team operates at its best while championing the value of collaboration.
