Noelle has been a cornerstone of Viles and Beckman, LLC, for many years, starting her journey in our medical records department. From the very beginning, Noelle demonstrated an impressive mastery of her role, quickly becoming an invaluable asset to our team.
Noelle’s dedication and expertise in handling medical records were instrumental in ensuring our clients’ cases moved forward without delay. Her proficiency and efficiency in this critical area allowed us to serve our clients seamlessly, ensuring that their needs were met promptly. Her leadership skills shone through as she adeptly oversaw the medical records team, becoming a true wizard in all things related to requesting and managing medical records.
Her vast knowledge and experience didn’t stop there. Noelle took on the responsibility of training our legal assistants, sharing her expertise and guiding them through their roles as we scaled our firm to deliver on our 5-star client experience. Her ability to coach and mentor our team has been invaluable, and her influence is felt daily in our office.
Last year, Noelle was promoted to the role of Closing Specialist, a transition she has embraced with the same passion and dedication she has shown throughout her time at Viles and Beckman. In this role, Noelle now has the pleasure of wrapping up clients’ cases and delivering their settlement checks, a task she performs with grace and professionalism. It feels as though she has been in this role for years, seamlessly integrating into this new position and continuing to exemplify our core values.
Noelle’s commitment to our clients is matched by her dedication to her family. She embodies the value of “Family First,” spending her weekends with her two children and her husband. Whether it’s enjoying Disney trips or exploring amusement parks, Noelle cherishes her time with her family, bringing the same client-focused attitude to her personal life.
