Attorney Francesca Maria Anon loves being the voice and advocate for her clients, taking the time to personally know each client and their family. Before joining the Viles and Beckman team, Francesca worked in Civil Defense on the east coast of Florida primarily dealing with Homeowners’ Insurance Defense. Her time working defense for insurance companies provided a deeper understanding of the thought process of the insurance companies and allows her to truly have the edge needed to fight for her clients now.
Francesca also completed a Certified Legal Internship with the Domestic Violence Unit of the Miami Dade State Attorney Office during her time in law school. With empathy and experience, she has become a wonderful addition to the V&B family that is always fighting for yours.
Before pursuing her legal career, Francesca worked as an Operations Store Manager for Starbucks for nearly a decade. This role cultivated her leadership skills, dedication to customer service, and ability to manage complex situations with efficiency and care—all qualities she now channels into her legal practice.
Francesca comes from a big Cuban family and her first language is Spanish. She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Hunter, and her young son, Jackson. Francesca loves traveling, playing disc golf, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
