Meet Casey A. Marritt, a dedicated attorney at Viles & Beckman with an extraordinary background in investigation and client advocacy. Before entering the field of law, Casey served as a Special Agent in the U.S. Army’s Criminal Investigation Division (CID), where he developed exceptional skills in uncovering complex details and holding wrongdoers accountable. While in his role, he was formally awarded for meritorious service as a lead agent on a high profile investigation. This unique experience now empowers Casey to meticulously investigate accident scenes, uncovering the facts that can make a difference in his clients’ cases.
Casey’s academic journey has been extensive: a B.A. in Criminal Justice, an M.A. in Intelligence Studies, and a J.D. from Syracuse University, where he honed his legal skills, particularly in personal injury, tax, and criminal law. He’s currently working on an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, continuously expanding his knowledge to serve his clients with excellence.

Originally from upstate New York, Casey now calls Fort Myers home, where he lives with his wife Abigail, a local pediatrician, their son, Joel and three beloved family dogs.
